Yes absolutely. I've just dipped my toes in the CLI and while it's not easy it seems like a powerful tool. I was actually trying to make a bat file for this to sub sample and filter by range then merge and export. Got inspired by reading the forum here to apply this task automatically on all setups...

This is in regard to an e57 cloud with 200 setups (approx 380m points). I want to remove all points that have a distance from the sensor greater than 20m. To do this I am marking one sensor at a time edit->sensors->compute ranges then marking the associated cloud edit->scalar field->Filter By Value-...
