Just an update for other users possibly wanting to automate workflows. Microsoft Power Automate seems to work so far with my initial testing. I'll give a bit more feedback once I've had chance to properly test it on a full workflow.

Many thanks for your reply Daniel. It is quite the workflow but does allow for accurate canopy height models to be made. I did think i may struggle with the command line being able to complete a long workflow due to it nature but I'll definitely have a look at Cloudcompy.

Ha I did see an image recently of a dark mode being used for CC on a mac aswell. Oh how Linux and mac users eyes must be thanking them for their choice of OS.
