Re: Python API
Great!
I wish I could be more helpful than just mentioning the idea, but C++ is like a black box to me.
Looking forward for such a new feature.

Python API
Hi Daniel, I am using a lot CC for my research with great success! Thanks so much for your work. I would like to suggest the idea of an API for python scripting, if anyone else see such feature valuable, and if this is eventually feasible. Such binding would be so advantageous for scripting as one c...

Re: open las & laz in CC on debian
No, I used Romain's package. And it is too early for my linux carreer to compile the software myself (not at this level of computer programing yet). I'll get around it differently. Thanks Daniel

open las & laz in CC on debian
Hi,
I successfully installed CC 2.5.3 on my Debian machine but I was surprised not being able to open file under the las and laz format. Is this because it is an older version of CC or is this a problem on my machine?
Thanks
Simon

plugin
Well now I am getting my hand used to this great software!
Do you have some guidelines or tutorial on how to create a plugin for CC?
I am not a Cprogramer, but have experience in R and Matlab and willing to have a try to process some of my work.
Thanks
Simon

slicing clouds
Hi,
First of all thanks for this great work!
As I am making my way through CC, I am wondering if there exists a tool to slice a point cloud, to explore or to clean the point cloud by moving a given slice through the cloud or the mesh?
Thanks
Simon
