Processing with high confidence in Ivion might help clean up some of the noise, as the filtering is based on the distance from the scanner but you have likely tried that already.

I'm using the Windows .EXE, its appears that E57 is not the only format that is missing from your list.

Hi subo3, If you have pano images in your E57, my suggestion would be to export WITHOUT images. I'm not sure if this is specifically the problem with Cloud Compare in your case, but I have seen incompatibility with pano imagery in other applications. If you create the faces to enclose a volume it will be a watertight object. Sorry, it is a manual solution.

FreeCAD https://www.freecadweb.org/ might help, ... it imports some nurbs formats, and it can create a triangulated surface from a nurbs model.

Here's what I get in IntelliCAD, which is very similar to AutoCAD. I rotated the view so you can see the profiles. You should get the same thing in AutoCAD. I saved the file as a DWG in AutoCAD 2010 format attached to this message.
