Cross Section in Console problem

Hello,
I try to run the cross secrion feature in console but whatever i try to do i get the same message
that console cannot open the xml file. Path is correct, I downloaded the example xml from the site and also created output folder in C:\data\output in order the leave the XML file intact.
Nothing works, console always stops at the xml file.
Tried to run the xml from different locations, same thing happens and everything stops.
Paths are all in latin characters.

Any ideas?

Hello, I used v. 2.10.2 and 2.11 alpha.

Why do you have brackets ({}) around the filename?
