Hi there,
I have 7 scan stations taken by Terrestrial Laser Scanning. I want to align and georeference them in CloudCompare (CC). I have been told that I should import my scans to Cyclone software first before using them in CC, so I imported and registered them in Cyclone. Would you please explain to me how can I export these scans from Cyclone to be used in cloud compare? can I export each scan separately from Cyclone? can I use the 7 scans in CC?
Thanks so much in advance,

Hi,
Yes you can definitely import the scans one by one in CC (and manage the 7 scans separately) but sadly you'll have to merge them before proceeding to the georeferencing itself (with the 'Align' tool) as this tool only handles one cloud.
To import the scans, you should use either E57, PTX or LAS.
