Using Windows macro recorders

I'm trying to use a Windows macro recorder (records all mouse and keyboard actions then lets you replay it) with CC.

So far I have not found one that works - is there an impediment inside CC that prevents this.

Nothing intentional, maybe search for macro recorders which function with qt applications, I've seen some posts with autohotkey specifically.
