C2M Raster Export Not Doing Anything

Hi all,

I've come across an issue while working with a classified point cloud. I wanted to export the height above ground of my data rather than height above sea level, so I created a C2M of a ground-point mesh and a vegetation cloud. The cloud itself works fine and the values are all okay. I get to a problem when using the rasterise tool.

I select the C2M signed distances scalar field as the active field, update the grid, and when going to export the raster and selecting the "active field" option, it does not do anything. It doesn't create a file on the destination folder, the console shows no attempt at saving a file, it is very strange. I've managed to find a workaround where I make the C2M scalar field into the Z values (set SF as coordinates) and then export the height grid values as a raster rather than selecting another scalar field as input.

Any idea what might be causing this issue? I've tried subsetting clouds, decreasing grid size on the raster tool, clipping the cloud, exporting as .las then importing again. First time I face this issue, and it has worked previously with other scalar fields.

This bug has been fixed super recently. You can try again with the latest 2.12 version online.
