Hi,
Is it possible to run CSF filter to get an approximate layer for the top of a data set, for example the top of a forest. Are there any tricks to get this done?
Thanks!

I don't know personally. Have you tried to invert the Z axis?

Re: CSF Filter
Thanks for quick answer :-)
Yes I have tried, but I am not an experienced user :-).
I am struggling to move the ground points back to the right position.
I do the following:
1. Open las file and marked it in the list
2. Choose Edit -> Multiply, and change scale Z to -1 (the checkbox for Keep entity in place and Rescale Global shift is marked ?)
2. Perform the CSF Filter algorithm (with default values)
Then I am not sure what to do. How do I get the ground points back to correct position?

Re: CSF Filter
The problem is solved. I turned off the checkboxes for Keep entity in place and Rescale Global shift and did the operation again. As the last operation I multiplied the Z scale with -1 and the data jumped to the right position.
