Ok, it appears that the header of this file is not consistent with the contents.

It declares a bounding-box of
min = {x=19.516199111938477 y=15.544046401977539 z=1.2879999876022339}
max = {x=34.448432922363281 y=18.128471374511719 z=1.2879999876022339}

While in effect the real bounding-box is:
min = 334267.5625 ; 4748106.0; 1.15799999
max = 334282.4375 ; 4748108.0; 1.15799999

How was this file generated?
