Segment tool shifted polygon

I'm using the Segment tool of the CC ver. 2.11.3 Anoia for WIN 64 bits.
Once I've drawn the polygon, I use the "segment in" or "segment out" options, but the resulting portion is shifted with respect to the drawn polygon.
I've tried several point clouds, both georeferenced and with local coordinates, but the problem persists.

Hum, weird. Can you maybe try with the 2.12.alpha version?
