Volume calculation between elevation model and plane

Post by Emilie »

Hello,

I have an elevation model and a plane (added by edit > plane > fit) and I would like to calculate the volume between the surface and the plane (see picture). Is there a way to calculate this volume in-between? I tried with Compute2.5D Volume but I'm not able to select the "plane" instead of "constant" as ground/before.

You would have to sample points on the plane first (with 'Edit > Mesh > Sample points'). And make sure to transform first the 2 entities so that the plane is horizontal.

Gostaria de um passo a passo para calcular um volume em um box, ja que nao tenho um plano (chao) por completo.
