Is there any way to record a video in CC i.e. a flyround of a model?

This is in the TODO list, but I believe it will take ages before anything comes out...

..I was asking myself the same question..

If a video is not possible yet, is it possible to implement a sequence of render to file "snapshots" using a loop on the camera theta value for example. That way we can compile the images to produce our own animated gifs or videos...

is there any news on this subject? Is having a sequence of render files an option? The render files of cloudcompare are of extremely good quality. If you could "just" create them in a loop then we would have material to build our own videos. (I know that "just" is very easy to write and much more complex to implement)
