NPS BUG
Re: NPS BUG
Generally it's because you have not accepted to apply the Global Shift as suggested by CloudCompare, or the Global Shift is not sufficient to reduce the coordinate values (you'll see the coordinates appear in red in the 'Global Shift' dialog).
Large coordinates will cause accuracy loss. You have to apply a Global Shift (which is only temporary, the original coordinates are preserved by CC and restored at export time).

I already did this. I toke .las file and made georeference, so when i save and reeopen, that bug happens.
Re: NPS BUG
When you say 'I made georeference', with which tool did you do it?
Can you test that with the latest 2.12.beta version?
