Command line flip triangles for mesh

Is there a command to flip triangles? (in app: edit/mesh/flip triangles)

Probably not... This would have to be added (I can add this to the TODO list).

Well, as it was as long to develop than to edit the TODO list, I added it ;)

It will be the -FLIP_TRI option.

You can test it with the first 2.13.alpha version: https://www.cloudcompare.org/release/Cl ... up_x64.exe
