Error in Apply Transformation

Maybe it would be useful to add a check function for orthogonality, and a orgonalize function to our matrix class?

I will be using the inverse transformation function and am wondering if this was implemented in a new release? If not, is it correct to use the Wolfram Alpha code on the 3 rows/columns of the transformation matrix and then add the 4th column/row back in after orthogonalizing?
