Error while trying to animate or export frame,

I tried to render an animation but I keep getting this error, also tried to export frame but got the other error.

when googling the error I came about a thread where choosing a video format solved the issue instead of Auto.

but I went through all formats and same error on each

I think in your case it's more probably because CC doesn't have the rights (by default) to create a file under the protected 'Program files' folder.

You should either change the output directory, or start CC with admin rights if you really need to export to this folder.
