Apply multiple transformation matrices

The "Apply Transformation" tool seems that only 1 transformation matrix is possible at a time. I apply multiple transformations to clouds (in sequence) and have been just copy/pasting sequentially from the console. Is it possible to apply multiple at a time? Or would it be possible to add this in the future with the Apply Transformation tool?

Have you tried multiplying the matrices together and using only the final matrix for the overall transformation ?
