I'm working on tunnel deformation monitoring with TLS. So there are 2 epoch measurements wich needs to be compared. As I know, there is tool to search 3D deviations, but is there any possibility to see just radial deviation (2D). That means that C2C must show just absolute deviation, oriented to tunnel axis?
The problem is shown in attachement.
That tool could help us a lot and if there is possibility to fix it, cloud compare will be our core sw for that kind analysis.

Sorry for the delay, but I really can't see a good solution to do this right now. The qSRA plugin would let you compute the difference relatively to a cylindrical shape, but not between two states of the tunnel.
Theoretically it would be rather easy to generates maps for the two states (relatively to the same cylindrical shape) then to compute the difference between both maps. But it would be quite heavy on the user interface side...
