Both issues look definitely like big bad bugs!

Okay I've fixed at least one of them (the bounding-box issue) and a part of the other (the BIN file crash).

I couldn't reproduce the FBX issue however. Can you test this new version and tell me if you reproduce those bugs (and if yes, how ;):
