Small change to 'Render to File'

It's really wonderful to see how much this software is developing.

Couple of small suggestions for the 'Render to File' tool:
- Would it be possible to lock the relative size of the scale bar text when changing the 'zoom', currently this varies which can result in spurious precision and illegible numbers.
- Would it be possibly to include support for outputting .tiff format imagery.

I believe the scale dimension changing with the zoom level was a bug. I believe it's fixed now (can you try with the latest beta version? http://www.cloudcompare.org/release/Clo ... in_x64.zip).

And the TIFF format should be supported again (with the beta version).
