How to add attribute values

I want add the attribute values like the object name, then I can change it , and I can show it ? How can I do it ?

I want see and modify them in the 'Properties' dialog of the entity, it like the name, and I can give it much info, when I save ,I can save it , then when I open, it have the some value.
