MultiWindow Registration

I'm sorry if this has already been asked I looked and didn't see it in the forumn. When I have multi windows open, one scan in each. Then select alignment it brings them both back into the same window. Is it possible to keep them seperated to make point selections on each easier? Thanks

Yep, it's worst that what you think: the point-pair based registration process actually creates its own window and (temporarily) brings the entities inside. This way the point picking mechanism is enabled for this window only and it simplifies a few other things afterwards.

We should have an item to the TODO list to see if it's possible to switch to 2-windows mode (once the tool has started for instance).
