Opening las/laz files from folder with accented names

Hi Daniel,
I encountered some problems when opening las/laz files and other formated files in versions 2.6.0 and 2.6.1 and NOT in previous versions.
I've been doing some research and I think I've found the problem... After many tests, I've found out the following:

a) Whenever a las/laz file is in a folder or path containing an accent, the las/laz file opening fails! This happens only with las/laz files AND whe trying to open them in 2 different ways: from the open menu in CC, double-clicking in the windows explorer, dragging in an already open CC GUI. The CC message is as follows
Error mesage CC_1.JPG
Error mesage CC_1.JPG (19.82 KiB) Viewed 2314 times
b) When trying to open any formated file (including .bin) stored in path containing accents BY DOUBLE-CLICKING on it, CC warns me that the file doesn't exist:
Error mesage CC_2.JPG
Error mesage CC_2.JPG (17.05 KiB) Viewed 2314 times
Error mesage CC_3.JPG
Error mesage CC_3.JPG (21.41 KiB) Viewed 2314 times
If I'm trying to open any file except .las/laz, I only need to drag it into an open CC GUI instead of double-clicking regardless the path contains accents. However, if I'm opening a las/laz file, dragging causes the error described in a) so I have to move it to an non-accented path...

My name is Àlex and it is accented in Catalan so all my files are in the path D:\Àlex\... so you can imagine my headaches...!

Hope it helps!!!

Okay I fixed this (in the code). The next version shouldn't have this problem anymore.

For the records, the following formats were concerned: LAS, E57, PCD and PDMS.
