Image projection

Hi,
I miss a feature where you can project images onto point cloud data. My point clouds normally never contains RGB information because we collect the imagery in a separate process since I'm working with data from echo soundings. I've been working in both Maya and 3Ds Max where you have the ability to position a camera from which you can project and image onto a 3d model. Could the same thing be done with point cloud data? It doesn't have to be exact, it just have to look good. Some handles maybe where you could position the camera manually? Or some reference points on the point cloud vs. the image?

This feature is already in the TODO list. However it's not straight forward therefore it will take some time to be done. Especially if we do this on our free time...
