Hey Daniel!
I used a confidence threshold of 0.90 in CANUPO, which means points with confidence threshold lower than 0.90 were neither classified into ground class nor to non-ground(veg) class.
When I use Edit>Scalar Field>Filter by Value, it gives me two point clouds representing the two classes (i.e SF=1=> ground; and SF=2=> non-ground). However, I'm unable to filter the points that were not classified by CANUPO (i.e. points for which CANUPO had a confidence threshold lower than 0.90).
Is there a way that I could filter and separately view those un-classified points?
Also, can cloudcompare subtract two point clouds, like a DEM of difference? I mean PC=PC(A) - PC(B)? If so, that also solves the issue above.
Regards,
Umair.
How to extract Unclassified Points in CANUPO
Re: How to extract Unclassified Points in CANUPO
1) I believe you can simply apply the 'SF filter' on the whole range and it will actually remove the 'grey' points
2) You can compute the distances between two clouds and remove the points with a distance other than 0?
