CT scan to point cloud and deformation

Hello!
I am trying to convert a CT scan to point cloud format and want to deform a scan into the likeliness of another after correspondence. From what I gather, deformation analysis is possible. Anyone guide me in how to manipulate a point cloud in such a manner?
