Looking for open source point cloud viewer

Hello everybody,
I am new to CloudCompare and absolutely love it! Thank you all for creating this amazing tool :)

I am looking for an open source (web based) point cloud viewer that I can use.
Exactly like this one - http://mypointclouds.com/ by LiDARUSA.

I am looking for a web base so the original file/project is still protected and can not be downloaded only viewed.

Hope you can help me find or build something
