comparison between two point clouds in the same area

i have sparse point cloud from agisoft and sparse point cloud from opencv. i want compare between them. and see which one better. how the solutions in cc?. thank u.

If the clouds are very sparse, you should consider meshing the 'reference' cloud (Agisoft may be able to do it? Otherwise you can try with the meshing tools in CC). Then use 'Cloud to mesh' distance.
