Hello, I'm working on two scans of a rough planar surface (granite plate). I did them a month apart and I noticed that the second scan was "bigger" by ~2mm. I wanted to correct it manually and with my basic knowledge I think I need multiply/scale tool however I don't quite understand how it works. The exact offset is 3% but I could not understand how it translates with this tool. I did test but whatever numbers I entered I wasn't aligned correctly.
What am I missing?

PS: interestingly after testing the scanner precision with playing card the offset was -2mm and not +2mm as I anticipated. There are days made of confusion :(

Well, the 'Edit > Multiply/Scale' tool is a good option. But it either multiplies the coordinates as is (in which case you can say it applies the scale from the origin), or CC will maintain the cloud bounding-box center at the same position (if you check the option).

If it doesn't work for your use case, you have to translate the cloud afterwards of the right quantity (with 'Edit > Apply transformation')
