Hi,
I have got a question regarding the camera view from a camera sensor. To me it seems that the view after having 'applied a viewport' for a camera sensor is widescreen instead of its normal view. I have got a point cloud in which the cars seem to be stretched instead of their normal size.
Is this because some option is selected? Or is this just the general view from a viewport?

Camera widescreen view?
Re: Camera widescreen view?
Not particularly. There might be an error with the sensor parameters? How was the sensor created/imported?

Re: Camera widescreen view?
The sensor was created via Edit -> sensors -> camera -> create, and then inserting the coordinates of the starting point and the size of the camera display view.
Re: Camera widescreen view?
Can you maybe post here some screenshots of the camera parameters?

Re: Camera widescreen view?
Hi,
Yes! Here they are in the table:
Centre X coordinate (right) Y coordinate (up) Z coordinate (inv. view dir.)
-45.984001 0 50 0
-18.527000 0 0 50
47.273487 20 0 0
I have tried altering the X, Y and Z coordinates, all to 0 but then the view of the camera becomes tiny, and the green lines of the camera view disappear. Therefore the parameters are 20, 50 and 50: it is for the size of the field of view, otherwise the camera wasnt visible

Re: Camera widescreen view?
Yes, I think you should normalize the vectors (i.e. so that they have a norm equal to 1).
