Hello,
I was wondering if someone can tell me why or what am I doing wrong. I have a point cloud that I cleaned up and turned it into a mesh, then I import my GCP as a separate cloud, select mesh and GCP so that I can align point cloud (mesh) to correct elevations that GCPs Read. I zoom in close to .25 - .35 when selecting A0:R0 A1:R1(to be more precise). When done, I check mesh with point picking to see if GCP is draped over for good precision and accuracy. I notice there’s GCP buried underneath the cloud roughly by .15 to .20 although the rest of GCPs are good ranging at .03 to .08. Is there a reason why I can’t get the whole cloud to be aligned perfectly or closer than what it’s giving me?
I’m using V2.12 alpha [64-Bit]

Not sure. Can you share a screen capture at least? (or share some files with me at 'admin [at] cloudcompare.org'?)
