Loss of DB Tree and Properties windows

My DB Tree and Properties windows disappeared when I unplugged my second screen and I cant get them back.

The Reset GUI elements will probably work but as I cant select the top level DB Tree item I cant save my work before closing.

A RMB on the toolbars shows them greyed out and unticked.

Is there another way of saving everything?

Oh! Too bad...

At least you can select all the entities visible on screen (you can use the ALT + draw a rectangle on the screen with the left mouse button to select all visible entities), then use CTRL+S to save them...
