Hausdorff (A,B) or (B,A)

Hi Thank you for your help
as Hausdorff of A and B with B and A is different.
and general Hausdorff formula is the
MAX(h(a,b), h(b,a))
do you consider to add this to CC,
So when we are comparing two points cloud, we don't need to choose reference.
it automatically compare A to B and B to A, and give us the maximum of them.

Kind regards
Reyhaneh

Well, the Hausdorff distance only gives a single value when comparing two point clouds. This is why it's not used a lot in practice. And why it's not implemented in CloudCompare.

But I guess a developer could quite easily automate this process (especially with the CloudCompy Python interface).
