Opening .bin file in an older CC version

Currently i have Cloud Compare v2. 12.4 installed on my computer.
I'm trying to open a .bin file that has been saved on v2.13.alpha.
Is there a way to open a file on the older version?

Ah no sadly... Sometimes newer versions of CC introduce things that break the compatibility with previous versions.
