How to Measuring Poly Lines Orientation (Strike & Dip) ?

Hi everyone,
I would like to measure the orientation (Strike and Dip) my Poly Lines (.shp) using point cloud data.
Can anyone help me?

I'm not sure, but does the 'Compass' plugin offer a similar feature maybe? (not based on an existing polyline, but by drawing the polyline with it?)
