Compare 2 models

Hi,
For my thesis, i would like to compare 2 models and know at what point they are different.
In my exemple, the "C" is made of "MX C" (the up part) and "MD C" (the down part). From what I've learned, I have to go to "Tools => Volume => Compute 2.5D Volume" after having them aligned. I don't know if I have to use only "interpolate", "average height", "leave empty" or a mix of those (I tried the combination of all of them even if I mostly tried 2 "interpolate" and also "leave empty".
If I add the percentage of the matching cells of MX C compared to C and MD C compared to C, i'm never close to 100%. I can be far beyond or beneath and I think it's because of the "projection direction" that can only take one plane at a time. Is there a way to get the percentage matching cells of the whole model, in all the planes at once ? And so having MX C + MD C close to, when compared to C, 100% ?
Thank you,
Denis
