calculating volume difference (volumetric fraction) help

Hello, I trying to compare the volume of 2 truncated octahedrons, one of them is analytical/mathematically perfect, the other one has fillets on it's vertex, this truncated octahedrons are supposed to be used on 3d printed for micro scaffolds and I'll be analyzing probes of hundreds of truncated octahedrons and I need to compare what is the volumetric fraction of the fillet one in comparisson with the ideal, and soon I will also analyze the difference with an experimental sample with more errors than the fillet one so I need an easy way to calculate the differences on the amount of material so that I can automatize the procedure once I have hundreds of octahedrons.
I've been watching a couple of "Compute 2.5D Volume" tutorials, but that's not exactly what I want, I don't want to project the surface, I just need to know how much volume I gained on the vertices by filleting the microestructure, what's the most direct tool for that?
