Internationlization

There is no "internationalization" system yet in CloudCompare project.
Of course, it will be very interesting to get support for other languages than english. QT has specific functions for this task (http://doc.qt.nokia.com/4.0/i18n.html), so it might be interesting to take a look at this system to see how we could use it for this project.
